This project was completed for Whole Foods Market Refrigerated Distribution Center in Vernon California. While this was not our first Whole Foods that we have worked on, this is also not our last. We continue to provide above and beyond expert service to several locations across the United States. Providing custom drawing specs and literature of the installed materials, we go above and beyond for each of our installations. Every installation receives Close-Out documents upon completion. Including a written warranty of the work we have performed, along with drawings and manuals to the items installed. These close-Out documents are provided upon request from the customer or contractor.

Equipment Installed:

  • Poweramp VS levelers
  • CentraPower, operating several levelers from one source
  • All embed steel
  • Dock Seals
  • Metal Dock Hoods
  • GMR Safety Chocking System
  • Insulated Dock Doors
  • Door Operators
  • Control Stanchions
  • Integrated controls for equipment operation sequencing, safety, and durability

As we always do, Pace Material Handling partnered with Systems Poweramp to take ownership of all recommendations for the best solutions.  Systems Poweramp intergrated all dock designs, including embed steel, electrical conduit, hydraulic chases, ect., into the architectural CAD drawings, color-coding each trade's responsibilities.  Pace was then able to provide project management assistance for the dock design and construction, working closely with the architect, general contractor, and subcontractors to make sure all aspects of the project were in the owner's best interest.  And, Pace provided installation, startup and training for all dock equipment.
